This site provides information about the meditation technique. It is for informational use only. You can search for meditation practitioners or instructors through our site. We may have  VARIOUS MATERIAL such as books, recordings, meditations, podcasts, and other products available to purchase to learn more about various techniques. 

The statements in this website, personal sessions, seminars are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. This information is given strictly for informational and educational purposes. The information on this website or during personal session should never be considered medical advice or a substitute for competent medical care by your physician or other healthcare professional.

You agree that your sole remedy for any and all claims arising from or relating to the information contained in the Ascendancyco.com website, books, seminars, advertising materials, class materials and/or any information related thereto that you may hear, read, or see from any third party (whether truthful or untruthful) shall be a refund of your member dues and any seminars you have received and paid for directly from Ascendancyco.com or it's affiliates.. No other remedies or damages shall be recoverable or claimed in any way.

You acknowledge and agree that any and all companies affiliated with www.Ascendancyco.com  are not responsible for payment of any refunds by any members for seminars or classes you have taken directly from those third parties. You agree that your sole remedy against any of the licensed members is subject to each individual members refund policy and the local, state or federal laws where that member practices.

You acknowledge and agree that Damir's personal story regarding the healing of his body, mind and spirit is his own experience and story. You acknowledge and agree that you will investigate the Ascendancyco.com and various techniques of your own volition and at your own risk and not rely on Damir's story solely in deciding to pursue the Ascendancyco.com techniques. It is simply a guide and meditation technique that you may use or not use at any time.

You acknowledge and agree you are solely responsible for the effectiveness of the AscendancyCo  Techniques as applied to your own body, mind, and spirit and that no guarantees or representations have been made to you regarding these techniques. It is simply an educational guide and technique for self-improvement and is not a substitute for any medical or healthcare decisions or methods.

You acknowledge and agree that you will make your own decisions in what AscendancyCo teacher, member or practitioner you sign up with and will investigate that teacher, member or practitioner at own risk. You acknowledge and agree that you shall have a duty to report any concerns you have with any of the AscendancyCo teachers, practitioners, and/or members as set forth herein.
